PredPol offers Anthem BlueCross health plans to regular employees and their eligible dependents. Employees contribute a portion to the monthly premium. CLIENT ACCOUNT MANAGER
Reporting to the Director of Sales and working independently, the Client Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with new and existing PredPol clients. They will serve as the client’s advocate and point of escalation and ensure client satisfaction in order to guarantee client retention. Additionally, the Client Account Manager will oversee the non-technical aspects of transition from a closed deal into a paying customer.
General Account Management:
-Ensure client renewal
-Ensure client satisfaction
-Maintain regular communication with assigned clients, act as primary point of contact
-Escalate retention issues as needed.
-Identify evolving client needs and requirements, particularly with surveys and site visits.
-Proactively introduce new features to clients.
-Train client’s in-person or remotely depending on customer size.
-Keep Sales team informed of reference status of account.
-Ensure that CRM tool is kept up to date with account activities, opportunities and contacts details
-Work closely with other members of Client Care team to solve client problems to their satisfaction.
-Ensure account retention in SaaS environment.
-Manage all aspects of client renewal process including contract negotiations
-Promote product usage and adoption.
-Communicate roadmap/new products/features to sales team
– Develop account plans and conduct periodic face to face account reviews with strategic accounts.
– Leverage existing client relationship to generate client referrals and identify candidates for “reference cities”
-Proactively gather information required for the scoping of future client projects, including costs, timings, background information – liaising with other internal teams where appropriate
– Work closely with Development and Marketing to design thoughtful rollouts of new products/features
-3+ years demonstrated success in an Account Management or Customer Success management capacity
-Technical competence including general understanding of IT and enterprise software, specifically SaaS
-Use of analytics platforms like Google Analytics a big plus
-Business Intelligence and/or Data Modeling and Analysis experience a big plus
-Proven analysis, problem solving and troubleshooting expertise
-Authorization to work for any US employer without requiring visa sponsorship of any kind
-Account management experience handling up to 100 customer accounts
